Easy Lemon Delight

If you enjoy tart/sour flavors, this super easy, no bake recipe is for you!

Ingredients:

  • 2 3-ounces packages of Lemon Jello
  • 1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple (in it’s own juices)
  • 1 can lemon pie filling

Directions:

Make jello as directed in jello package instructions EXCEPT use 2 cups of boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water

Mix pie filling and pineapple

Stir pie filling/pineapple mix into your jello

Put in refrigerator and let set before serving

Easy Chocolate Twinkie Dessert

This is a very easy, very simple, super delicious, no bake recipe.  You will need a cake pan for this one!

Ingredients:

  • 9 Twinkies
  • 1 Large box of instant chocolate pudding
  • 1  1/2 cups milk
  • 4 cups softened vanilla ice cream
  • 8 ounces cool whip
  • 3 crushed Heath candy bars

Directions:

Slice Twinkies in half lengthwise and lay then in the cake pan (filling side up)

Mix pudding with milk

Add ice cream to pudding/milk mixture

Spread mixture over Twinkies

Top with Cool-Whip

Sprinkle crushed candy bars on top

Keep refrigerated

Serve chilled

Pineapple Hash Dessert

Super simple - not too many ingredients needed - no baking necessary!

Ingredients

  • 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple
  • 2-3 handfuls miniature marshmallows
  • 1 can fruit cocktail
  • 1 9-oz container of Cool Whip

Directions:

Mix together the pineapple (juice/syrup included) and pudding mix

Drain fruit cocktail

Add the rest of the ingredients

Stir together

Chill before serving
